This service ensures that hard drives are wiped using security software to remove all sensitive data. We separate the process into three levels: 1-Pass, 3-Pass, and 7-Pass. All premium erasure methods include a Certificate of Destruction for each drive that is processed.
1-Pass is the quickest and most affordable method.
3-Pass method writes random data over the existing data in three waves, ensuring the data is sufficiently corrupted.
7-Pass is the most thorough, it should be used for the most sensitive information such as traceable personal documents, financial data, and classified information.
National Institute for Standards and Technology’s (NIST) is the newest technology for data erasure, the method can be chosen in 1 and 3-Pass variations on the form below under NIST 800-88.
We pay the shipping costs, show all prices up front, require no minimum order, and offer easy checkout for all clients. When you fill out the form below, we will send out a prepaid package. Once you receive the package, insert your devices, apply the return label and send it back. When we receive the hard drives, we will send a Paypal invoice for the selected wipe method and quantity.
For clients who don’t want to send sensitive drives through the mail unprotected, we offer the use of a waterproof/shockproof hard-cased lock box with dual 4-digit combination locks that we can send in place of the normal flat rate box. There is a $10 fee to cover increased shipping costs if the lock box is required.
